We take every reasonable precaution to help your order arrive in the best condition. Depending on the weather, we may use ice packs, upgrade to Priority Shipping, or delay shipping during periods of extreme heat at no additional cost when appropriate.
Please consider the temperatures in your area before ordering. If you live in a consistently hot climate (such as Arizona, Nevada, Texas, or similar regions), there is always a risk that whipped tallow may soften or melt during transit despite our precautions.
If your whipped tallow arrives melted, it is still completely safe and just as effective. The texture may change from whipped to smooth, but the quality and benefits remain the same. If desired, you can allow it to cool completely and re-whip it to restore a lighter texture.
